Hi, I’m Fia Fasbinder welcome to the Moxie Minute.

Today we’re talking about the “O” of the Moxie Method, which stands for Oxygenate.

What does it mean to oxygenate?

When we read from our diaphragms we have breath support and everyday lives are diaphragms are in an almost vegetative state, but when we present we need a lot more air to get the volume to deepen our voices and sound more resonant.

When we increase our breath support and breathe from your diaphragm, we not only sound louder and more confident but, we also relax. We flood our bodies and our brains with more oxygen our heart rate decreases and were calmer and more center.
